At Dual Chelate Fertilizer Pty Ltd, we stand by the quality of our products and services. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a 100% refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Notification Period – You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
- Condition of Product – Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.
- Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the returned product (where applicable), refunds will be processed promptly to your original method of payment.
- Exclusions – Refunds do not apply to:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Services already rendered in full.
- Products not stored or handled in accordance with our recommended guidelines.
